Rules & Regulations

  • Parents are requested to co-operate with the school in maintaining discipline of the school.
  • Students are expected to attend the school regularly, they must reach the school by 08.10 a.m. All students are expected to be present for the school assembly.
  • A leave note should be sent alongwith the student, on his / her attendance to school after leave.
  • Students are strictly forbidden to leave the school premises during the school hours.
  • A parent wishing to meet the child during school-hours, should seek prior permission of the Principal.
  • No gold ornament or valuable articles should be worn in school.
  • The school is not responsible for the loss of any articles. Children below Class V should not wear wrist watch to the school.
  • Running, playing or shouting inside the school building is not permitted.
  • All students must speak only in English at School.
  • Parents, guardians, visitors are not allowed to walk in to the class-rooms to meet their children or concerned teachers during school hours, without the prior permission of the Principal.
  • The sick students should not be sent to school.

Rules & Procedures

Morning Assembly:-

Morning Assembly is compulsory for all the staff and students. It is scheduled part of the curriculum, designed by the both educational and reflective. It provides an opportunity to learn formal audience behavior be fitting places of worship, occasions of learned discourse and prayers.

Sanctity of the School:-

The school campus is sacrosanct and must be respected accordingly by word and action. The school flag, uniform and books are sacrosanct. The uniform must be worn with pride.

Conduct:-

Everyone should treat the other with friendship, directness and respect. No discrimination is tolerated. The policy of each one teach one to be well-mannered and be concessive to cultivate good personality and exhibit good behavior is appreciated.

School Almanac:-
  1. The Almanac is an important messenger, a bridge between school and home.
  2. Students are to bring the almanac everyday.
  3. It is a means of communication for the school authority and staff.
  4. It is also an important document of the students career and conduct at school.
  5. Please read and sign all the information sent in the Almanac by the teachers.

Rules Governing General Discipline

  • All the students should reach school on time every day.
  • All the students should carry the school almanac every day.
  • Anything other than study material found in student’s custody will be confiscated. The school will not be responsible for the goods that are lost.
  • It is advised not to wear gold ornaments or bring valuable articles when they come to school.
  • The use of mobile phone is strictly prohibited in the school by government. The school authority may confiscate the mobile phone or any other electronic gadgets, if they brought to the school, these may not be returned to the students.
  • The school expects the parents to be vigilant to avoid such activities your ward may indulge which may warrant deterring punitive action.
  • Absence of the students without information will not be notified to the parents and an explanation may be sought by the class teacher of his absence.
  • Leave must be sanctioned from the competent authority before taking it.
  • A longer leave must be taken only with the permission of the principal.
  • In case of a medical reason, medical certificate need to be submitted.
  • The monitor assumes responsibility of discipline in the class in the absence of the teacher.
  • The movement of the students along the corridors while arriving and existing must be channeled in proper line and manners.
  • Silence must be observed during such movements.
  • The ambience of the school ought to be neat and clean. The litter bins must be used to dispose of the wastes.
  • Each and every student should endeavor to enrich the refined tone of the school by excelling in good manners.
  • No organized activity in the school such as party, fund raising or picnic will be held without the prior approval of the principal.
  • Any damage caused to the school premises must be immediately reported to the principal and must be good.
  • Reading materials outside the syllabus be brought to the school without the sanction of subject teacher or the class teacher.

Rules for School Bus

Violation of the following rules will result in an immediate recommendation to deny school transport facility.

  • The bus number and the pick-up point will be mentioned in the ID Card of the students availing school transport facility. Students should travel only on designated bus to and from a designated stop before and after regular academic day.
  • Students will not be allowed to get on or off the bus at any location other than pre-defined stops. In exceptional situation talk to the school authority and fix your stop.
  • Students should be at the bus stop at least 5 minutes prior to the arrival of bus. The bus will not wait for late arrivals. Continue late arrival may result in withdrawal of bus-service.
  • No damage be caused by the students to the bus. If so happens the parents / guardians will require to pay for damage caused.
  • Students are expected to be disciplined in the bus. Any actions causing harm to others or even themselves will be met with disciplinary actions.
